Our stylist will start with exfoliating the scalp to get rid of dead skin, leaving a layer of fresh, healthy skin behind. A clarifying treatment shampoo is performed for the removal of styling product resins from the hair. Non-damaging, 100% vegan wellness formula blends an exclusive sulfate-free cleansing system plus moisture-boosting vitamins to immediately remove product buildup and restore manageability. Thereafter, a soothing and nourishing scalp treatment/masque is applied and massaged throughout the head, designed to stimulate/relieve a sensitive scalp and nurture it back to health. Skin-loving Hyaluronic Acid delivers hydration and seals in moisture. Scalp serum is then applied to clear impurities and excessive oil while conditioning the scalp to help it remain balanced and calm. CLARIFYING VS CHELATING
Clarifying is a general term for removing buildup from the hair from styling products for example. Clarifying shampoos are stronger than regular shampoos to give the hair a deep cleansing. Chelating, on the other hand, is a process that removes mineral/product build up from your hair, allowing hair products to become effective again. Chelation uses specific agents to remove minerals, metals, hard water, and chlorine often coming from your pipes, through your bath tub or shower that cause havoc to your hair.
